Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Your appointment is time reserved for you. I understand that sometimes time adjustments are necessary, therefore I require a 24 hour notice for service cancellations & reschedules. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months or weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.
** Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service amount.
** NO CALLS/NO SHOWS will be charge 100% of the scheduled service amount and will NOT be allowed to reschedule any appointments for the future.
** Last minute cancellations / reschedules (less than 2 hours before your appointment) will be charged full price for the service, & a $20 reschedule fee.
** If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be required to reschedule.
** If you need to reschedule an appointment, your deposit will be transferable the first time, only if I am notified at least 48 hours ahead of time.
** The non-refundable deposit is applied towards your service with the remaining balance due right after your service via cash, Zelle, Venmo or credit debit card.
